To access the event you will need to download the MoneyConf app when it is released closer to the event. You do not need a printed ticket, you will scan into the event using the QR code in the app once it is released. Just bring your government-approved photo ID along with you and you will be good to go during registration!

Your ticket entitles you to entry to MoneyConf 2019 from June 10-12 as well as access to MoneyConf satellite events, networking events and parties. For any ticket enquiries you can email tickets@moneyconf.com.

There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to MoneyConf using our attendee app, which will be released closer to the event. Just make sure to bring your government-approved photo ID along so you can receive your accreditation.

Please note, subsidised tickets such as women in tech, young entrepreneur, loyalty, open source and scholarship tickets can only be reassigned within the first 30 days after purchase. You can get a full refund if you cancel your ticket within 14 days of booking. We have a strict no refunds policy after this date. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.

As laid out in our terms and conditions, you cannot sell your MoneyConf ticket. Doing so will result in your ticket being voided and you will not be allowed entry to the event. This also applies to our subsidised tickets (e.g. women in tech, open source). 

While we will not engage directly with your relevant embassy, we will happily send you an invitation letter once you purchase your ticket. To receive your letter, please email us at tickets@moneyconf.com  with your booking reference. Please note that your embassy will require notice before issuing your visa. 

You can find your invoice in your ticket confirmation email. You would have received this after you purchased. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us at info@moneyconf.com  for assistance.
